Ingredients

Adjust KG Amounts:
Vegetables
850gr Tin Chopped Tomatos A good tin of unseasoned italian tomato sauce
Liquits
15ml Worcestershire Sauce
10ml White Wine Vinegar
Herbs & Spices
4gr Table Salt
19gr Cristal Sugar Also a good option is brown sugar
4.5gr Ground Black Pepper
3gr Smoked Ground Paprika Don't like smoked paprika? Use normal sweet or hot paprika
3gr Onion Powder
15gr Hot Curry Powder If you want a mild curry sauce use a mild curry. You can play with the heath to your liking

    Before you start with this recipe you need to do a little preparation.

    • Container, Jar or Bottle

    Pre-Cook

    Add the tomato sauce and rest of the ingredients in a cooking pot, mix all together and bring to boil.

    Emulsify Ingredients

    Once the sauce starts to boil, take it of the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
    After the 5 minutes take a hand-mixer and make a smooth emulsion out of it

    Final Cook

    Once all is smooth put the pot back on the heat, bring it to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Storage

    If you want to keep the sauce a little longer fill in it sterilised jars or bottles. The sauce will keep a few days in the fridge.
    This sauce is best made a day before you use it for your curry bratwurst and poured hot of the sausage.
