Usage Guide

Use between 6gr to 12gr per KG meat depenting on type of sausage and base flavour you like to achive.

Use this as a base for sausages and add other spices to intensify flavour.

This base mix is good for:
- Krainer
- Käsekrainer
- Cabanossi
- Bratwurst
